All emails are sent ONLY by request All emails are sent ONLY by request. Numerous recipients never receive then. My personal email is a gmail address and suddenly the newsletter started going into junk mail. Numerous verified addresses by 2 services bounce but go through when sent from directly from the newsletter address email.

I love the instant availability of… I love the instant availability of resending to non opens. The website could be improved however, hence the 4 stars. I'd like to give 4.7 stars really.

I have been a customer of Vertical… I have been a customer of Vertical Response for 7 years now and have really enjoyed the service. The only challenge I have now is the transition of the format. I am always open to change, however the site is no longer user friendly and very confusing. Since the transitional change on the site, I am still trying to maneuver my way around the site and yet to understand the changes. I am still at 50% of understanding the new site. I have contacted customer service 3 times since the change, every one was very kind, but limited to helping me on this new site. They made attempts to help but I find myself still struggling to understand it. The email I received said I had to change to the new format only to find out that I did not have to make this adjustment until a later date and then I ended up upgrading from the original plan because I thought I had to do this in order to make the transition because there was no clarity during the transition. I am still a customer and have no intentions of canceling, but there was a point where I was just going to cancel because the site was too complex and perplexing. Overall the rates and marketing services beats out many of the other companies with similar formats, I just have to keep working on the kinks and try to figure the the new site out.
