GBI love the instant availability of… I love the instant availability of resending to non opens. The website could be improved however, hence the 4 stars. I'd like to give 4.7 stars really.

GBMeh. Sticking with another platform. I liked the way the landing pages were able to be designed, but there were hiccups when it came to emails going out. The automations didn't seem to work. I ended up transferring the contacts that the forms did successfully capture to another software and sending emails from there.

GBAll emails are sent ONLY by request All emails are sent ONLY by request. Numerous recipients never receive then. My personal email is a gmail address and suddenly the newsletter started going into junk mail. Numerous verified addresses by 2 services bounce but go through when sent from directly from the newsletter address email.

GBThe worst Customer Service The worst Customer Service. We have been an account for the last 10 years and are pretty low maintenance & self serve. Now we are growing & have some simple questions. They disabled their live chat, you sit on hold forever I believe there is ONE single person to manage all their account and it takes weeks for a response and no phone number at all. We even tried calling parent company Deluxe and again no response!
