Great Looking Store My store looks great, very professional. I wish Trennder would have communicated with me to understand my vision for my store. While the store looks great, I would have loved to have my touch on it. Aside from that, I appreciate the work done and I love the logo that was made for the store.

I hired them for the coffee dropshipping business they offer, they designed all the branding and website from scratch as well a the product packaging and I've to say they came up with the perfect style I was looking for. Excellent service and design Originally paid for a graphics package and was offered a free re-design as well. Stephen had really great customer service and was there to answer any questions along the way. Overall satisfied with the quality of the redesign. *Edit* From 5 Stars to 1! UPDATE: Since they seem to be trying yet another method of discrediting my review. WARNING: I urge anyone reading this to reconsider using Trennder because you can see the lengths they go to discredit anyone that had a negative experience with them. Don't say you have not been warned! 1. They claim it is a "fake review from probably freelancers" - Really? I sent all the documented emails & invoices from Trennder to Trustpilot for review and these were verified as a genuine experience, which is why my review is still up. 2. They say "...the source of this review is organic, which means this review is not based on a genuine experience but rather just a random person who searched our name organically on the internet in order to post bad reviews.." Seriously?!? If Trustpilot worked this way, there would be no Trustpilot. That is the most illogical reason you could have thought of. If you post a review and the company you reviewed flags it, it is temporarily taken down and you are contacted by the Trustpilot team to prove that you had a genuine business interaction with the company. you have to provide enough proof to remove any doubt that the experience was true. This includes but is not limited to invoices, emails, screenshots, etc between myself and the company. The company is also contacted to prove otherwise. Clearly, Trennder could not due to the fact that the proof I provided was 100% true and correct. All this was provided from my end and easily verified by Trustpilot. Thank God for Trustpilot. UPDATE *Edit* From 5 Stars to 1! Once your store design is done, they post it in as many Facebook E-com groups claiming to be the owner so that they get more business. They just keep linking the Trennder site. (I wish you could attach screenshots here, it would make a great addition :P) I have no issues with this strategy as long as they are honest about it. As my store is new, the FB pixel and Google Analytics is being screwed by random traffic from these posts. They say it's from people trying to get affiliate commissions but I know affiliate marketing and they don't use any aff links anywhere so clearly there is no way an affiliate would just send them free traffic since there is no tracking link. Only an idiot would fall for that excuse, again, I wish I could post the screenshots!! A number of group admins have been banning their profiles and even ban anyone from mentioning Trennder because of this. After I commented on one of their fake posts, the profile blocked me lol All in all, a good initial experience ruined by this tactic. So honestly, after all this, I cannot recommend their services. You are better off finding a more reputable company to do this for you as they will respect the business relationship. I would have been more than happy to recommend them in the different FB groups I am part of if they had just asked, it would have even created a better reputation for them! I guess thinking short-term wins is a better strategy for Trennder, so I have decided to give my next projects to another company. **Original Review Below** Good experience working with Trennder for my Shopify-based website! I was originally trying to get my site done myself since I know my way around Shopify but decided to try out their services. Overall, I am happy with the experience, my website looks good and I will definitely reach out to them for future projects.

Trennder does a fantastic job Trennder does a fantastic job, near instant customer service and support. I'm a pretty picky and demanding customer and that didn't phase them at all. Final website product was incredible, beautiful, functional and i'm so excited and proud of it. I cannot recommend them highly enough, one of the best purchases i've made in a long time...
