GBVery disappointed with the gift I… Very disappointed with the gift I ordered from this firm. My grand son sent a photo of it and frankly I was appalled. Very little and for £80 Plas shipping etc totalled at£103 for a substandard basket of "goodies." I complained and was fobbed off. I will not use this firm again as I have better experience with another company.

GBAbout 50% of the things I ordered were… About 50% of the things I ordered were not in stock, and there was no easy way to see what was in stock and out of stock. I had to wait until check out to be told items that I added were out of stock, then I had to rebuild the whole basket while trying to remember what was out of stock. However, when I did get the basket it was absolutely adorable and I plan to use it for picnics in the future! Also, all the foods it came with were delicious.

GBI just ordered Easter Basket for my… I just ordered Easter Basket for my son, kind of sketched me out at times because it said unable to locate page but then it popped up. So I hope my Son gets his Easter Basket or there goes $40 bucks out the window.

GBExtremely ticked off that the… Extremely ticked off that the advertised 'Personalized Gift Message/Card' is not offered before you order. One assumes it shall be on a webpage, but it does not appear. This is a very unfavorable customer experience.

GBOrdered on a Monday for a Wednesday… Ordered on a Monday for a Wednesday delivery for Valentine's Day. Paid $19.99 for 2 day delivery. Today is Wednesday and the tracking number only says "label has been created". Why would I want something FOR Valentine's Day delivered AFTER Valentine's Day? I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They offered me a 30% refund. That won't even cover the cost of the shipping. Customer service is honestly no help at all. Never again.
