I ordered The New Yorker- Bagel &… I ordered The New Yorker- Bagel & Appetizing Package for some family members. Everyone raved about it. Everything was fresh. The presentation was excellent. Some of the items were packed in ice to keep them fresh. I had to contact their customer service to check on the arrival date. The customer service representatives were all professional, helpful and pleasant. It went so well that I ordered another for a brunch that more family members were having. This is a wonderful organization with great, fresh, delicious items.

DO NOT USE!!! Wish I had seen the reviews in advance for this shady company. I ordered a Get Well Soon basket and paid for next day delivery. As with other reviews on here, the site says the label is created. Still! 2 days later! The recipient is already going to be feeling better by the time this gift frigging arrives! I sent an email enquiring about the 3 day delivery (now saying it will be delivered on Wednesday - 3 days later). Here's the reply... By the way, this was ordered Feb. 25th for delivery Feb. 26th. They're saying it will be delivered by Feb. 28th. REFUND MY EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEES THEN! Their reply: Thank you for your recent order. Your order going to xxxx has been successfully placed and is scheduled to be delivered on December 28th. The delivery date was chosen due to the available date selected, which guarantees delivery within residence. Business days are qualified as Tuesday through Friday. UPS deliveries are generally delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences and by the close of business for commercial addresses. Unfortunately, UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window. Once the delivery has been completed, UPS will send us a delivery confirmation, and this information will be automatically forwarded to the email address provided on your order. If you would like to track your order online, please reference tracking number xxx. Please feel free to contact customer service with any further questions or concerns. We are available 24 hours a day and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Note to self and note to anyone considering this company for a gift... think again. Unless you're amenable to their shipping deception of Tuesday to Friday only, do not use if you need next day or 2 day delivery. And certainly don't opt to pay for expedited shipping!

Absolutely amazing service and variety Absolutely amazing service and variety, I have to say thankyou to Hannah from customer service who helped me with a beautiful hamper for my friends in Burgess Hill U.K., im not technically savvy so she was amazing!! So happy that my mates will be very spoilt and very happy with there present! Thanks Hannah xx

Unfulfilled Order The ordering and paying process went well. Unfortunately the failure can when I received a phone call saying my order could not be filled. After the website showing my area had someone to fill the order, I received a phone call stating that the place that was to prepare and deliver the fruit basket did not have fruit and could not fill the order. The caller then wanted to give me a 50% refund. I say no way, I want a full refund and complete refund of the product cost and charges applied to the order. I did get the refund. However, I really needed that gift basket. They should know if their suppliers have the items they advertised within a specific zip code.

I have seen similar reviews I have seen similar reviews. Ordered Sunday for Wednesday delivery. Package not even close to being delivered. Customer service acted as if it was my fault. Will never use again and ship things all the time as my spouse works on the road extensively. They didnt even make an effort to resolve.
