GBOrdered on a Monday for a Wednesday… Ordered on a Monday for a Wednesday delivery for Valentine's Day. Paid $19.99 for 2 day delivery. Today is Wednesday and the tracking number only says "label has been created". Why would I want something FOR Valentine's Day delivered AFTER Valentine's Day? I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They offered me a 30% refund. That won't even cover the cost of the shipping. Customer service is honestly no help at all. Never again.

GBI placed an online order from the U.K I placed an online order from the U.K, for my sister's 50th birthday who's in Texas. Was a bit worried and did not know what to expect. However, I am happy to give 5 Stars, and the customer services was very helpful and good. Thank you guys, for helping to make my sister's day special from over the sea.
