I love having only one password to remember! I love having only one password to remember. And being able to go into the individual item and edit/fix/change the info is very helpful as sometimes the blanks they want you to fill in are odd. OR you have to manually input the username and pw because then they want a changing 'I'm not a robot' field filled in. But the simplicity is key here!! And makes me feel better that I can ensure my husband can access my computer if I am unable to, some day, since I manage all the important sites (bank, insurance, etc).

Roboform's Customer 'Help' is the Greatest!! Roboform has provided me with a consistently safe and reliable secure vault but, most of all I would like to commend the excellent customer service technical help team, At any time that I have asked for help, the response and willingness to give relevant assistance has always been swift and effective. I cannot bring to mind any other technical website's 'Help' that performs up to the standards set by Roboform. Best wishes Lojong

RoboForm makes being online a lot easier. For the past 15 years, RoboForm has been indispensable for me. I've wound up with hundreds of logins for all types of sites. As a senior, my memory is not always so great. Fortunately, no matter if I'm on my phone or my laptop, RoboForm remembers everything.

Roboform has gone WAY downhill.... Roboform is only interested in what's good for them - it used to be a one-time purchase, now it expires annually. They make you enter a master password every few weeks so they don't have the hassle of resetting forgotten passwords. Countless ongoing "updates" are a major hassle, now you can't even enable task bar without going to the extension options. What a joke.

Excellent Password Service. Been using Roboform for over a year, changed from LastPass. Using the family account. It doesn't make the computer websites very often but for my money I think it is the best around. It is very easy to set up, works very well across all platforms - Windows, Mac, Android, and provides all the services I need. I use if for passwords (obviously!) but also secure notes and identities including passports and credit cards.
