why I use RoboForm RoboForm proved to be the best way to keep ways to enter forums, support sites of programs and hardware that I bought, web mail, sites where I buy like Amazon and Ebay etc. I find it very useful to generate non-trivial passwords with RoboForm. It is the only program I bought for which I didn't pay a fixed cost but have to renew my license. I you don't work with this program, your life is harder than it should be.

I have been using Roboform for over 10…years I have been using Roboform for over 10 years. It now contains a very large amount of my important personal information. Since some recent upgrades my App has gone from bad to ridiculous. Support is limited to guesses by the technicians, or so it seems. The more I comply with their suggestions the worse my problem grows. Several years ago I would have given Roboform 5 stars, when it did what it was supposed to do. Currently only loyalty made me give it 3 stars. It isn't the programme I originally purchased. In its present format I would not recommend it.

Roboform's Customer 'Help' is the Greatest!! Roboform has provided me with a consistently safe and reliable secure vault but, most of all I would like to commend the excellent customer service technical help team, At any time that I have asked for help, the response and willingness to give relevant assistance has always been swift and effective. I cannot bring to mind any other technical website's 'Help' that performs up to the standards set by Roboform. Best wishes Lojong

License Renewal I had an issue renewing my license (purchased an additional 5 years) and thought I would struggle as there was no telephone contact (they use an "online support system" for contact). I used this to explain my problem thinking I would wait hours or days for a reply. This was not the case and I had a reply within 5 minutes asking me to check my account and license - and all was now good. Great service and a great product to use.

Secure Password Management - many excellent features Sophisticated, secure password management. Really a necessity to stay secure. Have used RoboForm for over just over 15 years. For the features and the cost, it simply cannot be topped. No other password manager lets you do what the RoboForm app, mobile app and browser extension can do. It took a lot for me to trust the cloud model (I used to have the standalone version), but after many years of use the cost is nominal to the functions provided. They do have a free version so you can test for yourself - that's the best way to see it work.
