License Renewal I had an issue renewing my license (purchased an additional 5 years) and thought I would struggle as there was no telephone contact (they use an "online support system" for contact). I used this to explain my problem thinking I would wait hours or days for a reply. This was not the case and I had a reply within 5 minutes asking me to check my account and license - and all was now good. Great service and a great product to use.

Quite A time saver I have used RoboForm for many years as my password manager. In the days before I discovered RoboForm I kept my passwords on a sheet of paper that became longer and longer, and then eventually transferred them all to a spreadsheet that I had to update frequently with new passwords. RoboForm takes management of my passwords out of my hands and into their awesome system. Quite a time saver and so convenient to just click on the RoboForm icon whenever I need a an ID and Password filled in.

Great service, once they realized the issue. I wrote a review yesterday and left a 1 Star rating. I did so to ensure someone reached out to me. Well Justin from RoboForm contacted me this morning and very professionally and efficiently worked the issue and had me fully loaded and up to speed with this excellent PW tool. I knew the company must be excellent with all of the positive reviews and high ratings. That is why I did not simply cancel my order. Justin certainly proved this to be correct. The most comprehensive password manager I have ever used I have used Roboform for about 15 years. As well as internet passwords - I have 754 - it has Bookmarks, Applications (such as Microsoft Office) and Identities amongst other things. Identities is unbelievably comprehensive, Name and address, all your credit cards and bank details which will fill in automatically when paying online, passport details, vehicle details and the one I love most of all - Authentication details where you can save your favorite password and keep changing it with new letters or numbers. It will also create unbreakable passwords for you. I also think it's great value. I pay $100 for a 5 year license that can be used on as many devices as you like including phones, tablets and iPads.
