GBI’ve never left a negative review but… I’ve never left a negative review but this will be the first! Like everyone else says, it’s a scam. I ordered a vinyl in Nov of ‘23 on back order which they say is 2-12 weeks. 20 weeks later (mid April ‘24) and no update. I got an automated email back in December, after I had inquired about it, saying they could send me updates. I said please do, also I don’t care if they say it’s going to be 5 years, but give me some kind of info! Anyway, never received an update over the next 3 months. Emailed them again in mid march simply requesting a time frame. Now a month later after again not receiving any contact I’m leaving this review. I’m guessing they take your pre-order/back-order money and invest it in something else and just see how long the customer waits before requesting it back. They have no intention of ever shipping your back ordered stuff. Stay away from this company!

GB0 stars 0 stars, terrible business. Vinyls they “have in stock” appear that way, but when you order them, there was no shipping confirmation within a reasonable shipping window. When you message them, if you get a response, your item is now on backorder somehow. Also dont fall for the express shipping scam. Yea they’ll ship it express, just 3 months after you order. Thankfully I got my shipping refunded. But after 3 months, your order will arrive incorrect. Then they give bs excuses how “oh it’s the warehouse” yada yada nonsense. And then cant issue a shipping label, so you have to fork out the money for a return, and then they offer store credit. Like I dont want store credit to this god awful store. And their response times for an incorrect item are horrendous, I’m still in the process of getting a refund for an item I received that wasnt correct. It’s been 25 days, and 9 days with no response.

GBNever Received My 2 Records I placed an order for two records on sale at excellent prices from here back in February. It is now April 3rd and I have yet to receive them. Not only that but there has been zero communication throughout the entire process other than the order confirmation receipts. Thankfully I was able to cancel my order through their self-cancellation service. I just did it so I will wait and see if I'm refunded for them. If not, I will take further action if necessary. To the people saying that this company is a scam, it's not, it's just poorly ran. I say this because I ordered a Post Malone record in the past and it came relatively fast. I also read an email from them back in December saying they were having staffing issues. Basically they are over their heads, similar to Merchbar where I had the exact same experience. Because of this, I cannot recommend using Sentinel Vinyl in the future or at least for now anyway. This saddens me to say because I really like the website.
