scammers scammers. I placed an order and the sent me one of six records. They never answered emails. I tried to do a chargeback but so far it hasn't worked because the tracking number for the one album they shipped is valid.

SENTINEL VINYL IS HORRIFIC I've been on 2 vinyls that I ordered back in December, it is now March and I still haven't gotten an update. They only told me that my "Ye" album is on back order. Please never order from here EVER!!! This website seems too shady, I don't recommend it.

I’ve never left a negative review but… I’ve never left a negative review but this will be the first! Like everyone else says, it’s a scam. I ordered a vinyl in Nov of ‘23 on back order which they say is 2-12 weeks. 20 weeks later (mid April ‘24) and no update. I got an automated email back in December, after I had inquired about it, saying they could send me updates. I said please do, also I don’t care if they say it’s going to be 5 years, but give me some kind of info! Anyway, never received an update over the next 3 months. Emailed them again in mid march simply requesting a time frame. Now a month later after again not receiving any contact I’m leaving this review. I’m guessing they take your pre-order/back-order money and invest it in something else and just see how long the customer waits before requesting it back. They have no intention of ever shipping your back ordered stuff. Stay away from this company!

Ordered a vinyl 3 months ago Ordered a vinyl 3 months ago, and after confronting them, they sent me an email saying it was on “backorder.” I still have not received my vinyl and I wasted $20 on that vinyl. Steer clear.

Terrible company. Do not use. One item in my order did not ship from an order placed months ago. They refuse to respond to my emails and refuse to refund my money.
