GBWould never use agin I have only given 1 star as you have no option but to give at least 1! This has to be the worst service we have ever experienced. Ordered sheeting cut to size when it arrived it was cut to the wrong length. Contacting them was/is a nightmare, eventually got a response to say replacements will be sent to be delivered by Friday the following week! The following week the sheets that were cut wrong were collected but no replacements were sent. I contacted them again a nightmare & was told it takes 48 hours to get a response from the transport department, given they sent these out wrong I asked if it could be expedited apparently this was urgent, I had to wait 48 hours. I received very sarcastic responses from them a few saying "when we know you will know!" with times they responded to me but not a whiff of when the replacement sheets would be with us. I explained our end customers work was now very delayed but they do not give a damn! A whole day of online chat & still no further just lots of sarcasm, I requested a full refund & was advised I would need to wait another 48 hours as they need to see if they have been despatched or not! The sheets turned up the end of the following week after the originals were returned. What company can't see when their own goods are being despatched & be happy with the way they treat their paying customers! I could go on but I think you get the gist..... Had I read the reviews first I would not have gone near them!

GBPlaced an order for only a few pounds… Placed an order for only a few pounds early November and sure I requested delivery, I live 2 hrs drive away. I tried to call the number provided to be greeted by a voicemail helpfully advising to use the 'online chat' or send an email. I have sent several emails with no reply. The online chat shows as active, but no reply. I cannot get through to the company and I'm not driving 2 hrs for something that cost £11. Extremely unsatisfied customer, there are no excuses why someone cannot return my contact/calls. Strongly advise not to use this company, they need to rethink their customer service.

GBAVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH DAMAGED GOODS AS WONT RECTIFY!! When the items were delivered, the courier brought them inside. He did not ask me to sign anything & did not wait. I opened the first package & items were missing which is why I immediately contacted TG SUPPLIES. I ordered 3 end closures - but received only 2. I ordered 4 end caps - but only received 4. So I tried to use their chat facility but no one answered. So I emailed. I received a response from a guy called Joe. I sent pictures of what I’d received to prove what was missing. At this point I’d not opened the very large 3m package covered only in bubble wrap containing the polycarbonate sheets which were separate to the other items. While I was waiting for Joe to respond to the picture of the missing items, I started to open the polycarbonate sheeting packaging. My phone pinged & Joe responded to the missing items, he said that their warehouse had scanned to say the items were there , but would issue a refund for what I said was missing & i thanked him. It’s only at this point I took off the final layer of bubble wrap & saw that all 3 of the 3mx1m polycarbonate sheets were damaged on one corner. They were bent, not lightly bent , one has white stress lines down it as well. I immediately to photos & sent them to Joe. He said I’d signed for the packaging as undamaged & there was nothing he could do. I should just bend them back into shape. It’s at this point I said I haven’t signed anything. The courier only asked my name. There was no visible signs of damage to the bubble wrap so I had no way of knowing that the contents were damaged until I opened them. Essentially he came back with , tough it’s my fault for not refusing them & reiterated to just bend them back. I said it won’t fit into the fixed glazing bars & the roof won’t lay flat. He then told me they would do nothing & it was up to me to contact the courier about the damage. I replied no because the contract is between TG SUPPLIES & DX FREIGHT , not me & DX FREIGHT. I even sent him a screen shot of the DX FREIGHT website where it say the packages are insured for damage but they will only deal with the sender. The response was Joe put all the onus on me that I hadn’t refused the package as damage so therefore they will do nothing more. But I’m now left with polycarbonate sheets that are damaged & no one is taking responsibility for that . I have cctv footage that I pulled off my system that proves the courier did not ask me anything but my name, AND on viewing the cctv footage you can clearly see the courier DROPPED the polycarbonate sheets on one corner as he got them out of the truck! But as I don’t have X-ray vision & wasn’t watching him get them out of truck I had no way of knowing that they were damaged UNTIL I opened the package. The reason I am making such a hullabaloo about this is because TG SUPPLIES terms & conditions are folly, because how can you say you will only honour damage if it’s refused at the door when that would mean the courier would have to stand & wait whilst you opened everything. What courier is going to do that - none. So TG SUPPLIES are cheating people out of their rights over damaged goods. And once I asked for the managing directors name & a copy of their complaints procedure & shut me down & have not responded since. And that’s a right of a consumer to be given them. At no point have they offered me to return them & a full refund , which as damaged goods they should. But even if I asked I’d be told because they are bespoke cut they cannot be returned. So I’m left with £300 of damaged goods. They have just refused to entered into any dialogue other than ‘tough’ & ‘bend them back into shape’ which if I did theta it could damage them further & allow water ingress to which what is the point of having a roof at all. The crux of the matter is their courier which they engaged damaged the goods & it up to them to contact the courier & sort out the insurance as the contract is between TG SUPPLIES & DX FREIGHT . People need to be warned that TX SUPPLIED are not adhering to consumer rights.

GBHorrible company Horrible company! Don’t do what most normal companies do and check statuses of parcels out for customers. Was told to contact parcel company myself had no idea who they were city plus or yodel. Company said parcel had been delivered yet yodel said it was with tg supples?? No notice left cards for “two failed delivery attempts” don’t know who was the bigger clowns tg supplies or City plus/yodel … pathetic!

GBExcellent supply and delivery… Excellent supply and delivery experience from TG Supplies in March 2023. 3 separate orders and deliveries for a self build Pergola comprising planed treated timber, Roofing bars and polycarbonate sheets cut to size. Quality of timber great, all parts to order correct and sheets cut just as we had measured them. All in all brilliant and would use and order from this company again. Thank you
