Use a more reliable supplier. Have been worned. Read the reviews first. Warning / Warning / Warning.. As other disgruntled customers have said can't give less than 1 star, even zero star's is far to high a rating for this company. Dealing with this company is non existent, voice message when ringing states there all busy dealing with orders so send an email or use the online chat. Communicating with then is well like pulling teeth, provide the info and yet is still wrong, deliveries do not turn up. Told to ring the freight company but they fail to understand the contract is with themselves not the freight company. Anyway rang the freight company to be told can't give you any info apart from they don't know where the plastic sheets are as they deal with TG Supplies. Chased again to be told have sent replacement sheets and will be delivered Mon. Guess what didn't turn up. Chased TG Supplies to be told will arrive by end of week. Messaged them to say am away from the Frid, informed SHOULD be there before Frid. Messaged back to say should isn't good enough as needs to arrive Thurs. Then they ignored further communication. Sums up dealing with this company.

Excellent supply and delivery… Excellent supply and delivery experience from TG Supplies in March 2023. 3 separate orders and deliveries for a self build Pergola comprising planed treated timber, Roofing bars and polycarbonate sheets cut to size. Quality of timber great, all parts to order correct and sheets cut just as we had measured them. All in all brilliant and would use and order from this company again. Thank you

Would never use agin I have only given 1 star as you have no option but to give at least 1! This has to be the worst service we have ever experienced. Ordered sheeting cut to size when it arrived it was cut to the wrong length. Contacting them was/is a nightmare, eventually got a response to say replacements will be sent to be delivered by Friday the following week! The following week the sheets that were cut wrong were collected but no replacements were sent. I contacted them again a nightmare & was told it takes 48 hours to get a response from the transport department, given they sent these out wrong I asked if it could be expedited apparently this was urgent, I had to wait 48 hours. I received very sarcastic responses from them a few saying "when we know you will know!" with times they responded to me but not a whiff of when the replacement sheets would be with us. I explained our end customers work was now very delayed but they do not give a damn! A whole day of online chat & still no further just lots of sarcasm, I requested a full refund & was advised I would need to wait another 48 hours as they need to see if they have been despatched or not! The sheets turned up the end of the following week after the originals were returned. What company can't see when their own goods are being despatched & be happy with the way they treat their paying customers! I could go on but I think you get the gist..... Had I read the reviews first I would not have gone near them!

Mixed review I would liked to have given a more positive review as TG Supplies products and costs appear good and competitive and their delivery cost is exceptional That’s the good news!! Unfortunately if it was possible to give zero stars I would have. The company does not answer the telephone!!! 21 attempts over 5 days. When they do answer on line chats they rarely ever answer the question asked. Despite paying TG Supplies for delivery they take no responsibility for any delivery issues. TG Supplies would do well to find another courier as DX Express are certainly not doing them any favours.
