GBSUPER BAD EXPERIENCE!! Book Outlet only TAKING MY MONEY and NEVER sent me my books!! Didn't get my books, marked "Delivered" by USPS but I NEVER RECEIVED my books, already tried to tracked my package everywhere including asking neighbors, emailing USPS, visiting the physical Post Office near me, waiting the whole day for the Mailman just so I can asked where the hell is my books and why is it marked "Delivered" when I DID NOT RECEIVED any package, but NONE, tried to emailed Book Outlet Customer Service, total radio silence from them, now I wondering did Book Outlet even sent my books or just TAKING MY MONEY and be done with it, WILL NEVER EVER BUY from Book Outlet again!!!

SEDon't order from this company! Don't order from this company! Disaster from beginning till the end. Ordered a book before x-mas because the site said it was in stock and I was in a hurry. After a couple of days I got a notice saying that it was not. I contacted them on Messenger, where they said they would cancel the order and the invoice. Sounded all good. HOWEVER - neither happened. The book and the invoice both arrived (a lot later than promised) and when I tried to contact them to correct this I had no luck. Not till I a couple of weeks later managed to find the address directly to the CEO I received a reply (after another weeks waiting), who first said that they never approved cancellations. After proving our previous conversation they sent me a return card for the book. I returned it, but it was a return card that did not give me a receipt. And guess what, two weeks later they claim that they haven't received the book back, and that I should pay for it after all...

GBI would give this company a ZERO star… I would give this company a ZERO star yet that is not an option. Terrible service--terrible products--they take no responsibility for the junk they send out--no refunds --no replacements --buy at your own risk. You would do better going to Goodwill, eBay or Amazon. With the last 2 at least you have a guarantee to get what you paid for! They do nothing but give poor excuses for the damaged books they send out AND I did not even buy from their "scratch and dent"...would hate to see what those look like!!!!

GBWouldn't buy from them online again. I received a book that was heavily damaged in one corner (the dust jacket had two 1” tears and was crinkled up, the cover board was scrunched in, and the last 60 pages were folded up). It was a “bargain” book, not a “scratch and dent,” so it wasn’t supposed to have damage. I wanted to return the book for a refund (or exchange it if they were getting more in stock), but Book Outlet only offered a 50% refund since they didn’t think the damage warranted more. They said their books are always going to have additional shelf wear, and that most companies would not take liability for products that arrive damaged. There’s a big difference between normal shelf wear and actual damage, and I don’t know any companies that wouldn’t take full responsibility for not packing their products adequately for shipment. Seems disingenuous for a company to boast about the great condition of their books but then dismiss damage as “shelf wear” you should have expected. They offered a full credit for the book to my Book Outlet account after multiple messages, but by then I was fed up. They have cheap prices, but if they’re sending damaged books that have to be repurchased elsewhere at full price it means spending extra money and dealing with extra hassle.

CAExtremely Impressed! I ordered 2 books from BookOutlet and they came in super awesome condition at an unbeatable price. Lots of inventory to choose from. Shipping was extremely fast. I will definitely order from here again and tell all of my friends to use this site. Very impressive!!!
