First time publishing made simple. This is my first time writing and publishing a book of any kind. So, naturally there's going to be a lot of anxiety. Cheryl really made the process calm and easy going. Simply by making things simple. The complicated aspects of the book were made easy by her use of excellent communication. And, Cheryl and her teams patience throughout the process was much needed. The first time publishing is going to be scary, but Cheryl and her team made it easy.

Jamie Harris has been extremely helpful… Jamie Harris has been extremely helpful in getting me started with Amazon Publishing. The team is still working on my book, but Jamie has checked in with me regularly to guarantee that I am moving forward at a good pace. I am thankful for Jamie's persistence and patience with me. I became apprehensive at the outset, but Ryan Evans, my main contact, answered every question I had. I want to thank both men as I move along the journey.

Daniel Lock and Kacy Wilson are the BEST!! I had a fabulous chat meeting with Kacy Wilson and Daniel Lock. They were both extremely helpful and Daniel was able to not only answer my questions, but was able to work around my schedule to put my book publishing project on a road to success! I'm super excited to be working with them and the Amazon team!

Nice experience, good communication I enjoyed my interactions with the staff at Amazon Publishing. I was totally inexperienced with the process, and Antonio helped me navigate through it all with ease. Communication was excellent through the Basecamp platform, and there was quick response to my questions. My only desire is that they might have made more suggestions on how to enhance the format. Also, there were a few grammatical errors that were overlooked in the early stages, but those all got corrected.

This process has been hampered only by my own lack of time to spend getting my materials together for the completion. These good members have been patient and encouraging to me.
