Nice experience, good communication I enjoyed my interactions with the staff at Amazon Publishing. I was totally inexperienced with the process, and Antonio helped me navigate through it all with ease. Communication was excellent through the Basecamp platform, and there was quick response to my questions. My only desire is that they might have made more suggestions on how to enhance the format. Also, there were a few grammatical errors that were overlooked in the early stages, but those all got corrected.
