Second chances can be worth it!!! Second chances can be worth it. Complete transparency, the relationship with Amazon Publishing Company initially began with excitement and enthusiasm. However, I had a bad experience with the first Project Manager and was ready to throw in the towel. He was dishonest and not transparent regarding my project or the money that I had already invested. He also began slacking on my project and ignoring my requests to speak with his supervisor. Once I was able to speak with a supervisor, he assigned me a new Project Manager immediately, and the shift happened. She came on board and was both enthusiastic and dedicated in ensuring that my publishing experience was/is a success. She listens to my concerns and makes it a priority to "SHOW UP" at all times, she's responsive, understanding and we communicate consistently on what my needs and wants are. I'm grateful that we were able to turn this relationship around! A special gratitude to Emma for being exactly what I needed for my project. I just published my first book and I'm looking forward to this new marketing plan and the success of becoming "Amazon's Best-Selling Poet". Manifesting greatness. Nice experience, good communication I enjoyed my interactions with the staff at Amazon Publishing. I was totally inexperienced with the process, and Antonio helped me navigate through it all with ease. Communication was excellent through the Basecamp platform, and there was quick response to my questions. My only desire is that they might have made more suggestions on how to enhance the format. Also, there were a few grammatical errors that were overlooked in the early stages, but those all got corrected.
