They need to give you a short tutorial on how to do the download. It took about 30 minutes to download. It would have been nice to know that.

GBWhat was potentially going to be a… What was potentially going to be a painful event was thwarted with the help of Rebecca and the technical team at Boozrey. It was supposed to be a simple install and activation with a product key. I had all sorts of things going on that did not work. Rebecca was so patient. I thought she would leave but she assured me by saying take your time. Key. Then when I couldn't fix things myself, she had the tech team remote in to my computer (always cautious about that) and work their magic. Thank Boozrey. Ready to use my MS Office.

GBAll I have to say is All I have to say is. This was an awesome experience. I was having trouble with my activation and the talk support Rebecca was amazing to deal with. Found out my problem was with my copy of windows and was locked out and had to re activate the copy prior to my new product key. They are great! And so thankful for working and helping me. Dont get service like this very much. Above and beyond they are!!!
