GBAll I have to say is All I have to say is. This was an awesome experience. I was having trouble with my activation and the talk support Rebecca was amazing to deal with. Found out my problem was with my copy of windows and was locked out and had to re activate the copy prior to my new product key. They are great! And so thankful for working and helping me. Dont get service like this very much. Above and beyond they are!!!

GBI can't install the product I can't install the product. It still says I can't activate Windows. I bought the Pro version. The computer says that I have to install HOME instead for the product key that I have, This was a waste of money. And I'm actually kinda pissed off about this.
