Great customer service Initially I had trouble opening the app. I called customer service. He was great and patient. Eventually he was able to walk me through it.

I can't install the product I can't install the product. It still says I can't activate Windows. I bought the Pro version. The computer says that I have to install HOME instead for the product key that I have, This was a waste of money. And I'm actually kinda pissed off about this.

Other than slow processing, all was good The response time from entering the order to the order being processed and my notification to download the product was rather long.

I submitted a credit card I submitted a credit card. Called the CC supplier, it was rejected due to being a "PayPal" request I DID NOT CHOOSE! Due to so many illegal PayPal activity to me! 2. a response your e mail is rejected as "undelivered". Please tell me you exist. date: 10/16/2023
