SEShady approach & lack of communication I had a delayed flight and one of their representatives approached us next to the gate, telling us we are eligible for a compenstation from the airline. She didn't mention they are a third party company or the comision for this service, but made it seem like she's with the airline. I have received a contract on the e-mail stating that there is a 35% to 50% commision. (that seems insane). The contract doesn't mention a way to terminate it and even though it's only been a few days they don't answer their email. The lack of communication and the shady approach makes me doubt that they are legit. I am expecting their response and will update accordingly.

PTBeing approached by Flighthelp representative at the airport I was approached by flighthelp rep' at Bucharest airport after my flight was delayed to use their services for filing a claim, the rep did not explain what I am signing and that their commission is 45% . I have asked to cancel my signature 30 minutes later - I am waiting for their response - so far they did not get back to me. if they will address my issue I will change this review

GBWizz air almost ruined my summer but FlightHelp saved the day Last summer i had a flight delayed with more than 3 hours fom otopeni Romania to Tenerife, flighthelp team approached me in the airport and help me file a claim, after 2 and a half months i recived my compensation. ROScammers I am still waiting for compensation from FlightHelp, even though they ask me for bank account 3 months ago. Nobody is answering, website is garbage for everything except new claims. Real time status is garbage as well. my next solution is local authorities for consumer rights. If anyone succeded with them, share pls your idea/resolution
