Stay away: Harassment, deceitful and abusive commissions. Upon arrival, in Bucharest (OTP), they approached us before exiting the luggage collection area. They led us to believe they were directly or indirectly employed by the airline. These two practices, I suspect, are not legal. Beyond that, their commission is over 40%. Which might also be illegal. Stay away.

Scammers I am still waiting for compensation from FlightHelp, even though they ask me for bank account 3 months ago. Nobody is answering, website is garbage for everything except new claims. Real time status is garbage as well. my next solution is local authorities for consumer rights. If anyone succeded with them, share pls your idea/resolution

No answer, no money I applied in August 2023 for a cancelled flight Cluj-London, helped by an airport flighthelp agent, got confirmation in my email but got no money, no news no nothing. On WhatsApp I comunicate to the robot. Dissapointed Update: After leaving this review I got quick answer from a real person in my WhatsApp conversation with flighthelp. I had a flight in July, I applied alone but my case was refused due to extraordinary circumstances and then I applied with this company Flighthelp, I had no more expectations because the case was being sent to court, but in the end I let them to do his job and the case was approved. They did everything they could, although we can't control the airline. Thank you flighthelp
