After filing the complaint, I received the compensation in just 5 months, which I found to be extraordinarily fast, considering the complexity of this process and the usual delays. ESStay away: Harassment, deceitful and abusive commissions. Upon arrival, in Bucharest (OTP), they approached us before exiting the luggage collection area. They led us to believe they were directly or indirectly employed by the airline. These two practices, I suspect, are not legal. Beyond that, their commission is over 40%. Which might also be illegal. Stay away.

SEVery bad experience ! Less than 1 star! They came to the gate, to be sure that they will find new customers that don't know anything about them and had no possibillity to read how many bad reviews they have. I am still waiting for two months to receive my compensation, even if Flight help told me that it was approved from my flight company. Very very bad service! I DON'T RECOMMAND THEM!! they use our money in that period and make us to wait. My friends apllied to another company. They received the compensation in 2 weeks. Very dissappointed by Flight help!!!
