Horrible at process serving and worse… Horrible at process serving and worse with courtesy copies. They delivered to the wrong courthouse, dropped the document at the door rather than delivering it to the requested courtroom, then lied about it five times. They finally admitted it when I told them that the clerk never received it. As an attorney I can’t use a service that lies.

Something needs to shake OneLegal awake... Something needs to shake OneLegal awake. It's customer service has plummeted. As we speak I am 40th in the queue for customer service. 2 years ago you get customer service immediately. Jobs are forgotten about. They fail to return calls. They don't get you back POS's unless you hound them. It's like they are trying to get you to give up. Something changed them about 2 years ago. Wish I could find an alternative filing service that served all the state courts.

I have used your company for several… I have used your company for several years, and I find your service to be impeccable. Once I turn something over to you, I stop worrying about it -- knowing that it will be handled professionally, accurately and timely. It's one less worry -- and in this profession, one less worry is priceless.

Concierge service less than desirable Concierge service less than desirable. Needed to get a filing done due to statutory limits. Court rejected our first filing so we decided to use the concierge service. Stressed that we were about at the statute of limitations, but took several days and several calls and two concierge agents to get the filing done. Normally we have little issues for filings but this one was an exception.

Sad..... What a disappointment for a court referred business... Not as bad as the last court referred legal process company but almost as bad.... The "runner" claims the Costa Mesa Justice Department screamed at him and would not allow him to drop off a courtesy copy???? The Clerks office fell out of their chair with laughter. Questions ranging from does he know how to walk up to a window? Did he get out of his car??? So, if you want a company that does not know how to upload copies of service, this is your company, well to be fare it's only been 2 and a half weeks of me calling everyday!!! If you want a company that sends false notices of service this is your company.... If you don't mind excuses for why your courtesy copy not delivered, use these guys!!! Ummmm.....? Isn't this pretty much their job?
