DISASTER OF A WEBSITE ! DISASTER OF A WEBSITE !! THEY MUST HAVE BEEN ON DRUGS when put the website together. We are a high volume firm and are trying to move away from this disastrous operation. First, they are too cheap to store files beyound 1 year. Second, you cannot place an order by case number or by plaintiff's name. Their sorting / indexing is completely inconistent. Simply not reliable.

Something needs to shake OneLegal awake... Something needs to shake OneLegal awake. It's customer service has plummeted. As we speak I am 40th in the queue for customer service. 2 years ago you get customer service immediately. Jobs are forgotten about. They fail to return calls. They don't get you back POS's unless you hound them. It's like they are trying to get you to give up. Something changed them about 2 years ago. Wish I could find an alternative filing service that served all the state courts.

They promise resolution and keep you on the phone for HOURS to get nothing resolved. OVER ALL THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER. You have been WARNED! Don't bother wasting your time. OnCall Legal is so much better.
