GBI called to cancel my order a month ago… I called to cancel my order a month ago was told it would be 21 business days before I would be refunded. Well here we are almost a month and half and no refund. Ive read the other reviews with similar feedback and read the companies reply. No ownership over their poor customer service. Their customer service reps need training on empathy. When I called she said were backed up. How is that my problem? Please give me my 400 bucks back.

GBYou can trust them! Realizing my husbands passport was expiring within a few months after our international trip was planned I frantically searched for a reputable company to expedite the renewal process. The detailed steps to follow was what I needed to be sure no errors were made and risk the renewal being returned. I tracked the process every step of the way on their easy to use website. I believe from start to new passport in hand was 3 weeks! Hopefully I won’t forget to renew in time again, however, if I do I know who to use!

GBExcellent service I was so worried as I read many mixed reviews and also worried about whether or not reviews were written by actual clients. The Fastport staff were easily accessible and always responded to my questions within a reasonable timeframe. Received email updates at each step so that was reassuring as well. I paid too much initially and received the credit back to my card within one week. The cost is a little hefty and applying via the traditional route might have worked but I wanted to opt for a service that could provide me with a turn around date. So thankful for the great service, now ready to pack for my trip! :)

GBFastport Passport: compassionate service The experience I had with Fastport Passport was simply amazing. The entire staff, especially Madeleine, were beyond helpful. I have never received such compassionate business service. Madeleine offered her cell number for after hours, emailed me well past business hours, and did everything to make sure I received my passport for an emergency travel situation. I am forever grateful. I felt such personal care. I have joked that I want to lose my passport again just to have another positive customer service experience!
