Excellent service I was so worried as I read many mixed reviews and also worried about whether or not reviews were written by actual clients. The Fastport staff were easily accessible and always responded to my questions within a reasonable timeframe. Received email updates at each step so that was reassuring as well. I paid too much initially and received the credit back to my card within one week. The cost is a little hefty and applying via the traditional route might have worked but I wanted to opt for a service that could provide me with a turn around date. So thankful for the great service, now ready to pack for my trip! :)

This business is not what is advertised… This business is not what is advertised on the web page. "Same day service" resulted in no action whatsoever. I called and emailed numerous times to request an urgent call back and received none. Following that I was billed and not refunded. Be very careful with this service. Check carefully what same day service means, by their definition. It may not be the same as yours.
