Great Experience I decided to try this company out of the many who do very similar work, and I’m so glad I did. The order process was smooth & easy, I got exactly what I wanted, and their support for my questions was very timely & helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for pet portraits.

I sent my image in and even got a mock-up (preview for approval) before my order was created.. then arrived in a matter of a week! 5 star customer service, order processing and quality of my portrait. I placed an order through them and… I placed an order through them and followed their guidelines to reach out if I had not received proofs within 72 hours. I did just that and received nothing further from them. I reached out again 3 days after the first email and still received no response. They have already charged me for my order and I cant even get in contact with them about where my proofs or product is. I checked my spam folder as well so I am confident it isn't there.

Not worth your time! I ordered a portrait on December 4th. I had a proof relatively quickly but needed a few changes. I resubmitted a photo and they reached out to make sure I knew exactly what the drawing would look like. I responded within the day. I never received a response and have sent 2 other emails and tried their chat number twice. I called every number I could find related to the company with no answers. At this point I will most likely dispute the charge and hope for a refund. Customer service is terrible!

They keep giving false expectations on… They keep giving false expectations on completion. Was advised 2-3 day to ship, and am still waiting after 9 days. Support keeps telling me it will ship today! each day I call. I hope the product is worth the wait because the customer service and support are terrible and don't really care after they have your money.
