I love it 🥰 For my boyfriend’s birthday I wanted to do something very special, so I got him a portrait of his dog that had passed away and honestly it was the best choice he and his entire family loved it sooo much. They loved it so much they wanted to get more portraits. We were all impressed with the precise detail that was on the portrait. I love also love that they send you an mock-up to review and see if you need to change anything but honestly this is such an amazing gift to buy anyone and money well spent.

Love! Love! Love! I absolutely love this modern and simple portrait of my new pup, it looks just like him!! The price was very reasonable, especially for the high quality print & such a quick turn around. I was happy to know that I could ask them to make adjustments to the portrait, even though it was perfect the first time! Also, I loved that I was able to track the shipping via the Shop app! Definitely would recommend Kindred Splendor to any pet lover who wants their furry friend on the wall!!

Not worth your time! I ordered a portrait on December 4th. I had a proof relatively quickly but needed a few changes. I resubmitted a photo and they reached out to make sure I knew exactly what the drawing would look like. I responded within the day. I never received a response and have sent 2 other emails and tried their chat number twice. I called every number I could find related to the company with no answers. At this point I will most likely dispute the charge and hope for a refund. Customer service is terrible!

LOVE the finished product and great experience with the company! Awesome company, excellent customer service!! From my first email to customer service asking if they could honor my custom request, to receiving my finished product very quickly; every step of the way was handled promptly and professionally! The finished product brought tears to my eyes. It is absolutely perfect and really helped comfort me during the difficult few weeks after the loss of our beloved dog.
