Absolutely horrible Absolutely horrible. I keep speaking to the live chat person and she keeps telling me the same exact thing. I never received my package so I decided I’d call FedEx myself and see what was going on and you all never even gave FedEx a package to ship out. So I spent over $100 on nothing.

AMAZING!! Kindred Splendor went above and beyond-I couldn’t have had a better experience! My 15y/o girl passed away suddenly and I came across their site and instantly fell in love! I chatted on the site to make sure I used the best photo possible before submitting my final order. I was able to make adjustments to the drafts created and the end result was so much more than I could have hoped for! I cherish my painting from Kindred Splendor and will for sure give them my business again in the near future!

I placed an order through them and… I placed an order through them and followed their guidelines to reach out if I had not received proofs within 72 hours. I did just that and received nothing further from them. I reached out again 3 days after the first email and still received no response. They have already charged me for my order and I cant even get in contact with them about where my proofs or product is. I checked my spam folder as well so I am confident it isn't there.

The portrait was so exact and was the happiness that my cousin needed during such a hard time letting go of her long time pet. We were so pleased with the portrait and it hangs as a memorial forever.

They keep giving false expectations on… They keep giving false expectations on completion. Was advised 2-3 day to ship, and am still waiting after 9 days. Support keeps telling me it will ship today! each day I call. I hope the product is worth the wait because the customer service and support are terrible and don't really care after they have your money.
