GBDO NOT USE IF EXPEDITING. Non-existent Customer Service Their expedited service feels very scammy. Paid hundreds for expedited service, there was an issue with the check even though the recommended Fed Ex passport person reviewed. I called customer service and was forwarded to a voicemail for 8 days straight, left voicemails with no return call and now I will not be making the trip. They still have not returned my cashiers check either. Only person I have been able to get in contact with is the chat on their website, who told me they probably tore up my check but that she would put in a request to return it if they hadn't yet....so that is more hundreds down the drain. Awful business and customer service. A refund seems non-existent at this point and just hoping to get my check back.

GBKept their Word! Kept their Word! Fed Ex said they would have a passport for me in 3-4 weeks, which is what happened. For that, I am very thankful. I would strongly recommend that you thoroughly review your application before you hand it in or email it to them. I made a mistake that the people at Fed Ex did not catch until it reached the main headquarters. I had to redo my application and resend it. I will say that most of the people that I worked with were courteous and helpful. One in particular went the extra mile to help me.

GBRush My Passport did a great job Rush My Passport did a great job. they were easy to work with and kept me informed through the process where my passport renewal was and when the application went to the government. And I got my new passport back several days before they guaranteed it would be sent back to me. Couldn't be happier.

GBI had to call them five times and wait… I had to call them five times and wait because they claimed my documents were double-sided, even though I printed every page, and I made sure that I signed every single one of them. The website has issues and they kept telling me that their website cannot connect to the state website and for that reason, I should wait to print two pages and resend em to them. Total of five phone calls and the website is still not working so I asked for my refund. They took 70 bucks as terms of agreement of cancellation. And I’m still waiting for my Expired passport so I can go renew it somewhere else. Do not go with these people they are a scam .
