GBDiscrimination I made an appointment for my mother to get assistance for getting my younger brothers passport. When she went in, the lady who helped her told her she couldn't help because it could only be done in English. My mother was refused service by Marissa who refused to provide a translator. She now has to make another appointment for her passport and cannot go back in fear of being refused assistance again.

GBWorst experience Worst experience ! I paid the extra $100 for an agent - my sons passport arrived but my husbands never did - it completely ruined our international travel plans and cost us thousands of dollars !!!!!! I ended up having to make an emergency passport appt at the federal building. When was finally able to get a hold of them bc they are only open M-F 9-5 , she was still clueless that my husbands passports ETA on their site was still 3 weeks away when I had paid for 9 business day expedited
