GBOverall worth it Pros; Paid for 30 day Passports and received them in just 10 days. They send a very detailed email outlining every step of the process. Using this service was pretty easy and very quick! Cons; Could not reach my “personal assistant.” Called multiple times. That was pretty frustrating. Submitted my documents for review and didn’t hear anything back until they already had my documents.

GBDiscrimination I made an appointment for my mother to get assistance for getting my younger brothers passport. When she went in, the lady who helped her told her she couldn't help because it could only be done in English. My mother was refused service by Marissa who refused to provide a translator. She now has to make another appointment for her passport and cannot go back in fear of being refused assistance again.

GBPoor Service You were recommended by my girlfriend. After I paid and initial emails were timely things went downhill rather quickly. There was no response for 4days from my assigned consultant. My girlfriend is having same adverse experience now. We both paid for 9 days expedited. I received my documents yesterday. About 14 days total. She is still waiting for an assistant to be assigned. Very poor service. Not worth the money I paid!
