GBI had a terminal that quit working I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix. Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.

GBBetter cell service needed Better cell service needed. Better hardward. having an app and mobile swiper is a much easier, modern and compact solution.
