GBI had a terminal that quit working I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix. Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.

GBThe machines have been reliable The machines have been reliable. The service has been very good. The only issue is the fees. We pass them on to the consumer which pushes up our prices in a very competitive market.
