GBI had a terminal that quit working I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix. Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.

GBPaybotic never paid out our… Paybotic never paid out our transactions. We processed a few thousand dollars in transacrtions with paybotic and they never deposited the batch settlements into our account. Scam, do not use Paybotic for your business!
