GBI had a terrible experience with… I had a terrible experience with Consumer Legal Group. They promised to negotiate with my creditors and assured me that my credit rating wouldn't be affected, but they didn't even attempt to negotiate. Instead, they disputed the charges, which didn't help my situation at all. Furthermore, they misled me about the timeline, initially stating it would take 6 to 8 months, but later informing me it would actually take 12 to 24 months. When I requested a refund due to their false promises, they denied it without any consideration. I would strongly advise against using their services, as they are deceptive and unhelpful.

GBI called and spoke with a lovely lady named Faye Campos. Faye was very well spoken, very patient, equipped with the knowledge to guide me about my account and its reassurance upon its progress!!!! Speaking with Faye Campos she reassured my conscious and concerns along with all the questions I had!! This astonishing lady was so exquisitely knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood how my account was doing and its progress!!!! When our conversation was over I felt even more grateful and positive that I chose that right Legal Firm to help me with my finances!!! Thank you Mrs. Faye Campos and CLG!!!!

GBGreat customer Service- will update upon resolution Update 2/15/24: I am pleasantly surprised at their prompt response to my complaint. I take back what I said previously. Their team was genuinely concerned and attentive to my complaint and the miscommunication. They are actively working on resolving my issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has shown. I will provide an update once my issue has been fully resolved. Scam artists, a class action lawsuit should be filed against them. As a matter of fact, I have already reached out to an attorney who says I have a good case. It won't be a quick case, but a strong one nonetheless. They promised that the payments made towards the account would be refunded if it was not removed from your credit, but that was a lie. Now, they are stating that the fee was for legal representation. Absolut frauds and liars. Remember, they claim to record all of their calls, which can be used as evidence against them. Don't believe the fake reviews they wrote for themselves

GBNope Nope! Please do not fall for their promises! Absolutely nothing will happen.. I was told I would see a credit increase within 6 months, approaching my 6 months they changed it to 18 month. I decided to cancel my account and asked for a refund but was denied! Do not trust them. Their promises are false. They should be sued for fraud or false advertising!!
