She helped me with my issue that I had to call because my bank made a mistake by accepting some payments that were not due to pay till Friday and that would’ve interfere with the payment that you were going to take out also for me so I had asked her if there was any possible way that I can Avoid paying two months She had a solution, but she had to ask permission to see if it was able to be issued to me well she helped me very much and I was appreciated so I will be able to pay you guys later in the April which would help me a lot she was polite. GBI hired Consumer legal group because I… I hired Consumer legal group because I thought they could help me but after reading a plethora of comments and reviews online I decided to hold off and told him I did not wanna be represented legally anymore. They were hard for a total of two weeks and I paid them about $350, when I asked Bangor to refund, they said they would look into it but subsequently denied my refund. They had yet to do any sort of legal work whatsoever and I kept calling mean to reconsider, but I told them I would probably circle back to them if I felt I needed to do this goes to show you that I did the right thing by firing Mel because this is the type of company they are.

GBGreat customer Service- will update upon resolution Update 2/15/24: I am pleasantly surprised at their prompt response to my complaint. I take back what I said previously. Their team was genuinely concerned and attentive to my complaint and the miscommunication. They are actively working on resolving my issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has shown. I will provide an update once my issue has been fully resolved. Scam artists, a class action lawsuit should be filed against them. As a matter of fact, I have already reached out to an attorney who says I have a good case. It won't be a quick case, but a strong one nonetheless. They promised that the payments made towards the account would be refunded if it was not removed from your credit, but that was a lie. Now, they are stating that the fee was for legal representation. Absolut frauds and liars. Remember, they claim to record all of their calls, which can be used as evidence against them. Don't believe the fake reviews they wrote for themselves
