GBOur air conditioning units are putting out excessive amounts of water. Our air conditioning units are putting a LOT of water into the drain pans. Fixd says this is common during the summer. It is not. We’ve never had this quantity of water being flushed out of a unit. I hired a second company to evaluate and they say it’s due to dirty coils. Thinking of hiring an attorney to recover the cost of doing this the right way. Fixd has not been a good experience.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, we have been without a fridge for 2 WEEKS! Imagine a financial burden of eating out for two weeks. On top of that, our hot water heater isn't working and they scheduled for someone to come and the guy didn't even show up after my husband took off work! Their scheduling department is so unorganized. Do not recommend. Since ya'll reply to these reviews and worried about your reputation how about you give us a call and FIX THIS because your chat and phone number customer service is unresponsive/unhelpful. Hope to hear from you ;)

GBFixd always finds a reason not to cover… Fixd always finds a reason not to cover stuff. I never had these issues with AHS. Please, run far away from this company. The wrote us a check for a fraction of our built in refrigerator when they couldn't fix it. They also claimed that an outlet on our house wasn't covered and then charged an exorbitant hourly rate to fix it. It's good that we're moving to another place because we will not renew this shoddy excuse for a home warranty company.

GB2 Heat Pumps repaired with most work… 2 Heat Pumps repaired - more or less. Most work completed in early June. However, they didn't have the parts needed the 1st day so we had to wait 3 days before either A/C unit actually worked. A few days later, a brand new fan failed, a couple more for replacement. Heat Pump missing insulation jacket and access panel. Insulation jacket added a few days later, but the access panel is still missing after 2 months and more than 20 phone calls. They won't take partial payment and don't need payment until the job is finished. I do not understand why they aren't concerned about getting paid $6,000 after 2 months of waiting for a simple metal panel.

GBLook for home warranty elsewhere Look for home warranty elsewhere. We have experienced nothing but trouble/difficulty with this company. All of which could have been avoided. Being wrongfully charged for a property I didn’t own (which took three months to receive any refund or response), to a lack of availability to come and repair issues, to being wrongfully charged by the technicians for jobs they completed. Communication with this company is abysmal. They will tell you they are going through an upgrading phase and getting new management in place, don’t believe this. It has been the same story for 365 days. I will not be renewing with this company.
