I had an issue with my dishwasher and… I had an issue with my dishwasher and had 2 other companies come and tried to fix but I kept getting the same issue. I called JK Domestics and they came and fix the issue first time. Great customer service. Friendly engineer, definitely recommend.

So Unprofessional I have had this misfortune of having JK Domestics approved to repair my Smeg oven. They came last Thursday and despite having sent them the model, serial number and description of the fault, they came with the wrong part and tried blaming the fault description, “I’m not an engineer but, if the ovens not getting hot there’s a good chance it will be the element???” I will see if we have one when I get back? I was told, someone will let you know I was told (don’t hold your breath) I rang them on Monday afternoon as no one had been in touch and was told that the part had just come in and the earliest they could come was Wednesday When I asked WHY no one rang me on Friday to tell me they were ordering the part and that they wouldn’t be coming on Monday as the engineer had suggested I was asked do you want us to come on Wednesday or not (absolutely fuming now) of course I do, ok thank you bye was the response, the whole experience has been SO UNPROFESSIONAL It’s now Wednesday and I am still waiting, they still haven’t sent me confirmation they are coming and I’m not in the least convinced they will turn up. I certainly could not recommend them to you

use another repairer they are useless -

Excellent service Excellent service, called to report my faulty gas cooker ,arrived the same day & had the parts on the van . Fixed on the first visit Amazing service would highly recommended

Thank you JK Domestics Thank you JK Domestics, lovely staff on the end of the phone, quick response for an appointment. Dave the engineer fixed my machine there and then. Saying he always carries spare parts on his van. Thank you and a good price too. Definitely would recommend
