GBI had an issue with my dishwasher and… I had an issue with my dishwasher and had 2 other companies come and tried to fix but I kept getting the same issue. I called JK Domestics and they came and fix the issue first time. Great customer service. Friendly engineer, definitely recommend.

GBSo Unprofessional I have had this misfortune of having JK Domestics approved to repair my Smeg oven. They came last Thursday and despite having sent them the model, serial number and description of the fault, they came with the wrong part and tried blaming the fault description, “I’m not an engineer but, if the ovens not getting hot there’s a good chance it will be the element???” I will see if we have one when I get back? I was told, someone will let you know I was told (don’t hold your breath) I rang them on Monday afternoon as no one had been in touch and was told that the part had just come in and the earliest they could come was Wednesday When I asked WHY no one rang me on Friday to tell me they were ordering the part and that they wouldn’t be coming on Monday as the engineer had suggested I was asked do you want us to come on Wednesday or not (absolutely fuming now) of course I do, ok thank you bye was the response, the whole experience has been SO UNPROFESSIONAL It’s now Wednesday and I am still waiting, they still haven’t sent me confirmation they are coming and I’m not in the least convinced they will turn up. I certainly could not recommend them to you

GBAppliance repair Engaged JK Domestics to fix a fridge freezer early December 2019. By the 17th Feb after paying them £300, our appliance was still not working. What JK Domestics are good at is excuses as to why they haven’t called you back or why parts haven’t turned up, or why people from other companies being off sick mean they cannot proceed with your job. We did end up with a £250 refund, but they refused to refund £48 of the call out charge. So we basically paid for an engineer to tell us it was broken. We already knew that! They did say that the charge was to cover the inspection report. I’ve asked for a copy of this inspection report, JK Domestics promised to send this inspection report, but like most promises they made, they didn’t deliver. Avoid
