GBSo Unprofessional I have had this misfortune of having JK Domestics approved to repair my Smeg oven. They came last Thursday and despite having sent them the model, serial number and description of the fault, they came with the wrong part and tried blaming the fault description, “I’m not an engineer but, if the ovens not getting hot there’s a good chance it will be the element???” I will see if we have one when I get back? I was told, someone will let you know I was told (don’t hold your breath) I rang them on Monday afternoon as no one had been in touch and was told that the part had just come in and the earliest they could come was Wednesday When I asked WHY no one rang me on Friday to tell me they were ordering the part and that they wouldn’t be coming on Monday as the engineer had suggested I was asked do you want us to come on Wednesday or not (absolutely fuming now) of course I do, ok thank you bye was the response, the whole experience has been SO UNPROFESSIONAL It’s now Wednesday and I am still waiting, they still haven’t sent me confirmation they are coming and I’m not in the least convinced they will turn up. I certainly could not recommend them to you

GBJob well done Thank you to all the girls in the office who kept me informed when the engineer would be with me. Big shout out to Dave for fixing my fridge freezer. Really pleasant guy who knows his stuff and even cleaned the mess under the skirting.

GBTerrible service I had a broken door catch on a dishwasher, they took £72 up front, that was 4 months ago, three turn outs, lots rescheduled and its still not fixed. The last "engineer" removed all the cleaning products from under my sin, left them all over the floor in front of the fridge, then told me that i needed to get a plumber for a broken ball valve, that was now flooding the kitchen tiles, it wasn't like that before and not good as I am on two crutches following double hip replacement. I have left messages for a call back, not had one, tried to ring on several occasions, I might as well have tried to ring the moon! They never answer and your just left listening to list music for ages. All over one little plastic peg and they cant manage that.
