GBGlad I didn't start fixing these things… Glad I didn't start fixing these things on my own as I carefully examined what the technician did and there were tons of issues that I couldn't have figured out on my own... GBMy technician was great My technician was great! He was here within the time frame that was quoted, and called before he got here to tell me he was on his way. He was able to fix the problem quickly and showed me how to use the disposal properly. The app needs to have a way to add pictures so you can document the model and serial numbers.
