GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. They basically have an appointment system that means nothing. I scheduled a pretty important job with them for the next day. They cancelled the appointment an hour before the appointment. Okay, things happen right. They didn’t have another appointment available for 2 days. I scheduled it and now the night before they cancel the appointment again. Unacceptable, I will never ever use this place again. Literally wasted 3 days believing they would keep their appointments. Do they even want business. I know that it was a smaller job, but if you can’t keep an appointment I’m not giving you a big job.

GBNeil is a nice guy Neil is a nice guy. He is working to find the problem with my fridge, by so far has been unable to do so. Between him and another man, we’ve had 5 service calls in the last month for the same problem. Hopefully he’ll figure it out, but so far we’ve spent almost $500 on it.
