GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. They basically have an appointment system that means nothing. I scheduled a pretty important job with them for the next day. They cancelled the appointment an hour before the appointment. Okay, things happen right. They didnโt have another appointment available for 2 days. I scheduled it and now the night before they cancel the appointment again. Unacceptable, I will never ever use this place again. Literally wasted 3 days believing they would keep their appointments. Do they even want business. I know that it was a smaller job, but if you canโt keep an appointment Iโm not giving you a big job.

GBExperienced Technician Technician was on time and quick to diagnose the problem with the dryer. He was able to Demonstrate where the problem was so I could easily understand. Would definitely use him again.

GBMy dryer broke down My dryer broke down and I didn't want to go and buy a new one just like that... decided to book through Puls and perhaps someone can push some life in this thing and they did! The tech they sent took about 20 minutes and got it working again... Saved me a lot of money and was barely a hassle. Thanks again.
