We are shocked at the difference in our water. Clothes are softer, shower door is cleaner, we waste less water waiting for hot water, our hair feels cleaner and softer, our dishes are cleaner. Our experience with our installer was above expectations. On time, clean, courteous, and personable.

GBGreat phone support and easy to order … Great phone support and easy to order but we cant find a plumber to install. Pelican should set up certified plumbers for each major area. We are only 35 miles for Philadelphia but no plumber wants to install so far. Hopefully we will work this out soon.

GBWe are happy customers We have the whole house water system for about 5 years now and water is heaven. we turn it off every 3 months to flush everything with chlorine water. We never had any issues with customer service located in FL space coast. We spoke with them several times because of some issues we thought it was related to the system.They also helped with questions when my husband was installing it. We moved and took it with us and it still works and we are still happy.

GBAbsolutely the worst customer service Absolutely the worst customer service. I never received what I ordered, usual FEDX issue. Spoke to them several times about this told them I want a refund. The person I spoke to seemed to think I was lying, very rude. Still trying to get my refund. Apparently, I will have to go to the Attorney Generals office to get my money back.
