It really works It really works! I moved from Colorado to Arizona came to find out water is horrible calcium build up every where and water tasted bitter and stale. I tried Pelican whole house filter pc1000 its worth every penny! trust me i dont use water bottles and dishes much cleaner, shower area free of lime and water taste 100% better!!!! love this system.

Great Tasting Water! The Pelican whole house water filter is amazing. We get around 5 years life before changing the media. I completly removes that funky taste from our water, all that is left is the taste of good clean water. I live in a rural comunity that has very bad tasting water-this has totally solved that problem

Don’t back their product They sold me a non-salt water softener only to learn later that’s not technically accurate. After six months of dish and hair film and having up sold me on this “better model” and having also bought a purifier and UV system, the best they could do was sell me the correct unit at a discount and tell me to sell the original unit on EBay. So now I’m also paying for a second installation. Don’t buy from Pelican!!

Warning! its a time bomb! Liked the product till one exploded and sent carbon shrapnel all over the bath and my wife. The clincher was customer service's denial reply

Deplorable customer service I've been waiting 16 days since cancelling my order for my $2,100 to be returned to me. they take your money real fast but hang on tight to it when it's time to return it. Moreover, they don't respond to numerous contacts, therefore, I'm writing online reviews. This didn't need to happen Pelican!
