GBGreat Tasting Water! The Pelican whole house water filter is amazing. We get around 5 years life before changing the media. I completly removes that funky taste from our water, all that is left is the taste of good clean water. I live in a rural comunity that has very bad tasting water-this has totally solved that problem

GBNot a good experience Product might be good...idk because I couldn't install it like I thought I could...so needed to return. Customer service and return policy is very poor. Instead of keeping a customer for life, they would rather not take a return of unused/unopened product...and lose a customer...forever. Seems like the norm nowadays. Make as much as possible in volume instead of making a killing in the long run with return customers...Ruturn policy and website representations are UNCLEAR at best. Addendum: What a patent response from pelican. I don't think they even read...or at the very least, understood the content. The focus of the review is hoe BAD the customer service and policies are.. not that I was upset about installation. Foolish.

GBPerfect water filtration system I just had the carbon filter/softener (1800) with the UV systems installed in my house for about 5 days now and I see huge difference between the old and the new waters used in the showers. Our skins are so dried and my skin is somewhat showing much better. I have not yet tasted it as for my drinking water but I’ll definitely try it in a few more days to make sure all of the dirty stuffs sticker in my pipes flushed away. So far I really love the systems and I recommend it to all; especially, to those with dry skin like myself.

GBIron residue still bleeding through Not Happy!!!!! On May 20, 2020, we bought the Pelican Pro 6-Stage R/o plus Pelican WFS Iron/Chlorination system, according to the contract, cost $3,963.55. Since then to today, October 29, 2022, we still are having issues with yellow iron residue, stain on all white items, I had to throw away towels, sheets, and many more. We have been going to the laundry Mat to wash clothes. I have called to report the issue many times, they came change the check valve and other things. My husband had followed their instruction on how to add the clorox and other maintenance. The technicians are nice but never had explained why the yellow stain on the clothes or give us a solution how to prevent the issue. After spending that so much money we should not still have these problems getting iron bleed through. Today we are very overwhelm with this problem.

GBDeplorable customer service I've been waiting 16 days since cancelling my order for my $2,100 to be returned to me. they take your money real fast but hang on tight to it when it's time to return it. Moreover, they don't respond to numerous contacts, therefore, I'm writing online reviews. This didn't need to happen Pelican!
