GBWe are happy customers We have the whole house water system for about 5 years now and water is heaven. we turn it off every 3 months to flush everything with chlorine water. We never had any issues with customer service located in FL space coast. We spoke with them several times because of some issues we thought it was related to the system.They also helped with questions when my husband was installing it. We moved and took it with us and it still works and we are still happy.

GBNot a good experience Product might be good...idk because I couldn't install it like I thought I could...so needed to return. Customer service and return policy is very poor. Instead of keeping a customer for life, they would rather not take a return of unused/unopened product...and lose a customer...forever. Seems like the norm nowadays. Make as much as possible in volume instead of making a killing in the long run with return customers...Ruturn policy and website representations are UNCLEAR at best. Addendum: What a patent response from pelican. I don't think they even read...or at the very least, understood the content. The focus of the review is hoe BAD the customer service and policies are.. not that I was upset about installation. Foolish.

GBAbsolutely the worst customer service Absolutely the worst customer service. I never received what I ordered, usual FEDX issue. Spoke to them several times about this told them I want a refund. The person I spoke to seemed to think I was lying, very rude. Still trying to get my refund. Apparently, I will have to go to the Attorney Generals office to get my money back.

GBIt really works It really works! I moved from Colorado to Arizona came to find out water is horrible calcium build up every where and water tasted bitter and stale. I tried Pelican whole house filter pc1000 its worth every penny! trust me i dont use water bottles and dishes much cleaner, shower area free of lime and water taste 100% better!!!! love this system.

GBReverse Osmosis Bought two different systems. One whole house carbon filter, which seems to work well. Noticeable reduction in chlorine smell, which was our main issue. The other system we bought was the Reverse Osmosis (RO) under sink system, and it has been nothing but problems. The performance (output and flow) is so sporadic that it has been rendered virtually useless. I did many hours of research, work and replacement on the tank and filters and it still is defective. I asked for them to replace the tank, but they insisted on charging me $120, and it STILL is useless. Many phone calls and emails with the company and still nothing. This is unacceptable. Buyer beware.
