GBBuyer beware Buyer beware, they always resist taking care of customer if there is an issue - they will always try to deflect to the mfg having to solve the problem. They will not pay for shipping to return items even when wrong item is in box. this has happened twice to our company. They (being the older women who is unforgiving, crass who handles customer service calls). - she will make you the customer feel as if you are in the wrong and be reluctant to admit to the mistake(s). As far as warranty... they will 100% ask to return Items at your cost and then they will forward to mfg for their decision - even for simple items. There are other websites / choices out there for buying anything they sell.

GBI did not like their cancellation… I did not like their cancellation procedure. Having to send E mail to cancel is not in my idea of a good business practice. In addition, they immediately charge your account, instead of charging you when the item ships, like so many other retailers. They do have the inventory. But, I would not buy again, because of these practices.

IESeptic tank and drain issue … I got John Coakley to sort out my septic tank and clean drains, he is a thorough gentleman did a fantastic job and came at weekend which a lot of people won't do. He gives a price and sticks to it and is extremely helpful and wouldn't leave a person in trouble with these kind of problems. I would highly recommend his company.
