GBScammer, Broker, Law-breaker This company is a broker, NOT a moving company. In fact, according to the DOT website, they do not have a single vehicle in their fleet. What they do have are dozens of complaints, which after my experience, seem well deserved. They are scammers. Whatever you do, do not pay them. Pay for service with an actual moving company. There is no way to contact their billing department, their customer service employees are a joke. They will hold your items hostage for a much higher fee than agreed to. They fail to abide by contractual agreements, which is a crime. Do your research, but DO NOT use this company.

GBThis broker, United Choice, is full of BS These brokers are full of BS! Do NOT trust them! They falsely advertised wrapping of my furniture and when the actual movers arrived, they attempted to charge me 1200 to wrap my furniture despite the contract indicating otherwise! I know it’s all about the money, but damn; one would think they would have more sense than they demonstrated! Go directly to the actual moving company snd stay away from brokers especially THIS BROKER United Choice!

GBThey kept my $2500 deposit They told me that had the special equipment to move my large heavy furniture from the 4th floor of my townhouse. I emphasized what equipment was necessary to move it. They assured me that they could move those items. Sent them a deposit. When it can time to finalize the move, tried to confirm that they could move those pieces. They became very evasive. That's when I realized that they could not move those pieces. Tried to get a refund. They refused saying that there was nothing in the contract about that requirement and there was nothing in their notes. I'm hoping my states attorney general can help get my money back.
