Do NOT make a deposit with United Choice Movers I signed a contract via email with United Choice Movers on Wednesday, 03/27/2024 @ 06:00:27 PM (ET) (03:00:27 PM (PST)) agreeing to pay $2,835.00 as a deposit that I had scheduled for a move dated 5/13/2024 order #UC4190935. After reading the emailed policy for my purchase I discovered I had 48 hours to request a refund, and that 20% of the deposit would be held. In order to request a refund I had to email their billing department. I sent an email requesting cancellation of my order and a refund on Friday, 3/29/2024 @ 11:48 AM (PST) or 2:48 PM (ET). I received an email Monday, 4/1/2024 @ 7:04 AM (PST) from someone by the name Alisa from the billing department stating that after review of the email sent and of my file, my request for a refund had been denied. I tried to call their customer service line, but twice I was told that a manager would be unable to make an exception or even talk to me (despite their policy stating otherwise) and that the billing department does not take calls. I am unsure as to what I should do at this point. I sent an email request for cancellation and refund within 48 hours per their policy, and I expect them to follow their own policy as well by refunding me $2,268.00 for my deposit of $2,835.00 - %20, but I am still being denied. This is their cancellation policy that they do not abide by: 8. Due to any cancellation within 48 HOURS of placing a reservation, 20% of the deposit will be held. After 48 HOURS of placing a reservation, your deposit is non - refundable unless a manager approves otherwise. In addition, an email describing the cancellation in detail must being sent to the billing department at billing@movingld If your first available pickup date is within fourteen (14) business days, and you elect to cancel, a refund of your deposit is not permissible unless authorized by management. If customer books their move within fourteen (14) business days of the pick-up date, the 48 hour window is null and void. All date change requests must be made within ten (10) business days prior to the pick-up/packing date. Failure to request a change within this time frame will result in an additional deposit of a $750.00 rescheduling fee. If the change is made within 72 hours from move date fee might be higher. If the customer would like to put their service on hold, the deposit may be used as credit, and the service can be held for a total of 12 months from the date of booking. All deposits will show on the billing cycle under either United Choice Movers or Long Distance Moving. By signing this contract, the customer acknowledges that filing a charge back/dispute of charges will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. In the event a dispute arises between United Choice Movers and the customer; the customer is subject to financial responsibility for the associated merchant and bank fees. As well as, satisfying any outstanding balance before the commencement of their move.

They are the most deceitful group of… They are the most deceitful group of sub humans you should ever wish to be associated with! Buddy should not be be trusted at all! They are brokers not movers. NOT that they will tell you this. Your belongings will outsourced at least 3 times before it reaches your destination and It will cost you double of the original quote. I hope anybody associated with this criminal outfit suffers a long slow death!

I was severely let down by this… I was severely let down by this company. Having to adhere to a strict move-in schedule in a high-rise building within a major city, with a limited time frame for the moving elevator, I explicitly requested a specific date and time. Despite confirming multiple times in the months leading up to the move, I was assured that there wouldn't be any problems. However, the day before the scheduled move, they abruptly canceled without offering a refund. I had no choice but to pay due to the legal terms outlined in the contract. Consequently, I had to hastily search for and pay an alternative moving company.just found out they are a brokerage, and your shipping send to other companies to the moon mover are also the was worse mover please don't sign anything in a rush. I'm going to file a complaint to good business bureaucracy

Scammer, Broker, Law-breaker This company is a broker, NOT a moving company. In fact, according to the DOT website, they do not have a single vehicle in their fleet. What they do have are dozens of complaints, which after my experience, seem well deserved. They are scammers. Whatever you do, do not pay them. Pay for service with an actual moving company. There is no way to contact their billing department, their customer service employees are a joke. They will hold your items hostage for a much higher fee than agreed to. They fail to abide by contractual agreements, which is a crime. Do your research, but DO NOT use this company.

United choice mover is nightmare United choice mover is scam, not trustworthy. Don’t use it. We were quoted over the phone for $5500 including loading, transporting and unloading for relocating from California to Arkansas. When the crew came to pick up my staff, the cost was double to $10,465 for additional space. Finally, My staff was delivered in 21 days instead of the promised 10 days. We were asked to pay cash before the driver was willing to unload. The truck is 18 wheeler with 2-3 households boxes. Some of other family’s boxes were unloaded to my home. We told the driver they are not ours. There is a lot of damage to my boxes and staff because the rain/water leaked inside the 18-wheeler. My mattresses and several boxes are totally wetted. Mold grows on some of my books, bags, etc. United choice mover is a nightmare.
