I was also a victim of being scammed by… I was also a victim of being scammed by United Choice Movers. They charged my account under "Long Distance Moving". Tried to charge an additional $7000 more upon arrival before starting the move. They left as I maintained my stance this was not the agreement and Buddy with United Choice Movers who handled the paperwork and arrangement never answered any of my multiple calls while the movers waited for communication regarding the discrepancy. The truck driver that tried to extort me left without telling me, only said he was going downstairs and would be back. And even though service was not provided and they left without even telling me, my account was still charged since they have my electronic signature for the original amount agreed to. I was left stranded out of state, having to make multiple trips and had to figure out alternative means of moving while they were able to get away with keeping my funds. They need to be reported and fined!

Never Have I experienced this What a money machine this united choice movers is never provide a service that was a error made on their part and never acknowledge it. Not even trying to attempt to get back to me to rectify situation. Everybody beware you been warned!!!!!!

Poor Poor, poor, poor service. Poor attention given to customers. Did not explain that the company was not moving furniture themselves until after contract had been signed. Refused to return phone calls. Spoke to at least ten different customer service people who all gave me different stories and no one would listen to my side. They just wanted more monies. Started at 5000 and ended close to 10000 with at least $6000 of my things being stolen

DO NOT use this company- I promise it’s… DO NOT use this company- I promise it’s a scam and you will not get your money back they disappear after you pay! Also note the 5 star reviews are brand new and typically posted within days of each other - that’s a sign of a company writing false positive reviews for themselves. Check out BBB and you will see hundreds of unresolved cases and the truth about the company. They will give a low ball bid and and initial promise date on the first call - talk to other companies and you will find out that is highly unlikely and just a way to get your deposit. They will call you later telling you your check “bounced” trying to get you to write another check or you’ll lose your move date. Call your bank and you will find out they cleared the check then all of a sudden the company ghosts you when you call them out. Very much a scam and I’m hoping to keep this from happening to others.

Big Yikes I used their online quote estimate, and within an hour received a call at 9:22pm on a Sunday night. When I requested to speak with them later because my move wasn't for quite some time and it was also very late in the evening, the man on the other end of the phone became very irate. When I asked him why he was being confrontational, he told me I was "wasting people's time" by using their *automated* online quote service (you have to put in a ton of information along with phone and email just to see what it would potentially cost, and I was only requesting to speak with them at another time that is not late on a Sunday evening). So much to say, I definitely don't want someone this short-tempered or irrational to be handling all my belongings.
